Downstairs/SAND SHACK: offers a spacious living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, sunroom (full width of house), and 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5). Ground level entrance, with no steps. BRAND NEW one of kind epoxy floors, and brand new HVAC.

2- Roku TV, WIFI, HVAC, Ceiling fans in all rooms, 2 enclosed outside showers, 2 W/D, 2 Full kitchens, parking for 4 cars, located on a corner lot with a spacious lawn, walking distance to pier and restaurant. Perfect for family fun! No Smoking. Bed Linens included, towels NOT included.
