Ultimate Beach Getaway in Beautiful Home with heated pool option!

This isn't your average looking beach house. We are looking for renters who treat vacation homes like their own!

Come to the beach to have ultimate relaxation in our wonderful island getaway. This beautifully maintained and decorated house is how coastal vacations should be! We are located just a SHORT walk to the Beach, Ocean Crest Pier and many island amenities.

Our home features 3 Queen Beds, 1 King bed, a huge living room and open kitchen area, and 2 large bathrooms. Wi-Fi enabled for your enjoyment, DirecTV with many movies DVR'd for any age. 3 bedrooms features large Flat screen TV's, colorful bed linens and ceiling fans. Additional queen size blow up bed is great for kids.

From our home you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. It is also fun to take the short 15 minute drive into Southport where there are many things to do like go shopping, eat on the water at great places like Provisions, go biking, crabbing or just take a walk on the waterfront.

Day trips to coastal locations like Bald Head Island, Fort Fisher to the NC Aquarium, Wilmington or Myrtle Beach where there are endless possibilities for fun. Oak Island is a laid back family beach where you can truly relax, but when you want more excitement it can be found a short distance away.

NOTICE FOR 2024!
After much discussion and town council fighting, the town has implemented paid parking at the beach going into effect April 1st. I'm not sure how well it is going to work or be monitored but wanted to make everyone aware. More info here https://www.oakislandnc.gov/residents-visitors/parking-information

Great place to stay
This is the second year in a row that we stayed here and we love it!!! It's close to the beach, has a nice pool with plenty of space for sunbathing, and is conveniently located to local restaurants and grocery stores. The owner is very accomodating and quick to answer questions, We will defintiley rent here again.

The house is in a great location, short walk to the beach! The neighborhood is nice and quiet as well. The pool and the yard are a big plus for when you return from the beach and want to relax.

This is our second time staying and it was just as great as the first! The property is always clean and well kept. The owner is very receptive and responds quickly. Neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to the beach! The pool is awesome! Definitely one of our favorite places to stay!

We enjoyed our week stay at tgos wonderful rental. It's on a quiet street, with an easy walk to the beach on 25th. The pool is wonderful and relaxing. The house is very clean and the owner responsive. We will definitely rental again.

Only a four day stay, and we wished we had more time! Seven adults and two kids (6 and 2). Property was a perfect size for us. We all loved hanging around the pool and the beach was just a short walk. Decorations were great and the layout was just right for us. We would stay here again and again.

This house was perfect for four adults and a two year old. Having a pool in the backyard was so helpful and the ocean was only a few blocks away. The house had everything we needed and Publix was only a short drive away. Would absolutely stay here again - this was our first visit to Oak Island but it definitely won't be our last!

Amazing Vacation!!
This house was perfection!! Spacious, clean, with everything we needed and more. Just minutes walk to the beach, the coziest beds, and the heated pool was the best decision for when the nights get chilly! It’s also only a five minute drive the the nearest Publix and 20 minute drive to Southport. Could not have asked for a better house, location or host!

Phenomenal accomodations
We rented the space with our friends' family and this house was perfect for our scenario, both families had a section of the space with a shared bathroom. The pool really came in handy when our littles were tired of the beach. The home was the perfect rental and we would most certainly book this house for our next visit to Oak Island.

We had a wonderful time! This house had things for all ages. We enjoyed all the games, the pool, and porch sittin. I enjoyed that the area is not so commercialized, so not as many people. Southport was not far and that is the only day we ate out.

Great house in a great location
During our visit to Oak Island, my family had an amazing time at this wonderful home. It's conveniently located just a short walk away from the beach, and we loved how the location provided us with plenty of space on the sand without feeling crowded. The pool was fantastic, with sunlight shining on it throughout the day. Additionally, it's just a quick drive to many fantastic restaurants and Southport. The support we received was also very attentive and responsive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for us!

1st Trip to Oak Island
Oak Island has closer conveniences than Holden, Ocean Isle, such as restaurants and grocery stores. House was well laid out and close to beach. We pay extra to have a private pool and have it heated which is helpful the first part of June. The owner was very responsive. Would have received more stars if it had been cleaner upon our arrival.

We had a great stay! The pool was so much fun and the kids loved it! Having it heated was awesome as a couple days were cooler. The house was very child friendly. There was a pack n play, high chair, and even toddler bed rails for the big bed. Loved having a washer and dryer so I didn't tale home as much dirty laundry. The beach was a short walk. Hope to come back again next year!

Awesome house!
This is a great property. There were 8 adults and a two year old that stayed and we had plenty of room. The property manager was very responsive. We chose to have the pool heated which was a God send since our weather was a little cool. Plenty of dishes and even pool toys and beach chairs. Five stars all around. You won’t regret staying at this property. We will be returning.

In love with InSeaState
InSeaState is a beautiful, updated home that will meet any and everyone's needs. The house provides ample space and amenities. A short walk will lead you to a quiet beach where you can peacefully relax or enjoy hours of fun in the surf and sand. If you need entertainment, there is plenty of information provided about local attractions and restaurants. We two adults spent part of the week enjoying the peaceful atmosphere, driving to Southport and enjoying the evenings on the screened porch before being joined by two young kids that loved using the beach equipment and going to the local ice cream shop. Definitely a place we hope to visit again!
