You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Spacious clean condo, large pool, plus many extras. Perfect for families.

Come enjoy Shore to Please and all of its amenities. It is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. The condo complex has a large pool, hot tub, elevator, only 28 units and is centrally located. Pool and hot tub is scheduled to be open from May 1 to October 15. In minutes you can walk to the beach, DQ, Redbox, Food Lion or various restaurants / bars. When inside the condo, you can get into vacation mode watching YouTubeTV with DVR and Netflix or taking advantage of the many games, movies or other items provided. The fresh condo is light and airy with high ceilings. The kitchen is very well stocked for large groups and cooking. When not enjoying multiple smart TVs or relaxing inside, the secured storage shed under the unit will provide you the items you need outside. Multiple beach chairs, boogie boards, skim board, bocce ball set, kids shovels / buckets, kites, pickleball equipment and kayak are available for use. The unit provides parking under the condo and is conveniently located next to the elevator. The large covered deck overlooks the pool and does not have ocean view. If you want to venture out, tennis courts, pickleball courts, miniature golf, a skate board park and public park are less than a mile away. The public Oak Island Golf Club is 3 miles away. There is no thru-street on our side of the complex, so it is safe and quiet and there is a path directly to the beach. Condo has keyless access. Our goal is to keep the condo looking and feeling new so NO PETS and NO SMOKING are allowed. We have owned and rented the unit with agencies for over 10 years and decided to try VRBO in 2020. Linens included. Condo complex is Palms at Long Bay.

We loved the condo and the location! It was clean, beds and furniture were comfortable, porch was great for hanging out. There were several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and everything in Oak Island was easy to get to. It was also super easy to get to the beach. Property owner is very responsive. Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent. The condo was clean great location, great communications with the property owner, he left a nice bag of chocolates to welcome us. The owner even contacted us on Netflix not working. I have stayed here once before and i would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. Great location - short walk to beach and walking distance to Food Lion and multiple restaurants and shops. Condo was A+ clean. Plenty of supplies for all necessary items. Rooms are very spacious. Cozy place all around. Paul was an excellent host.

Great Stay!
We were very impressed with Paul's condo. It had plenty of room for us, 6 adults and one toddler. The outdoor space was wonderful; so nice to sit out there in the mornings with my coffee and relax. The proximity to the beach was a very short walk. Overall, our stay was great, Paul was accommodating and easy to reach and I would definitely recommend this place!

The perfect vacation
This condo is amazing. You could just show up with your clothes, make a quick trip for groceries, and have everything you need (and didn’t know you needed) at the property. Paul is a great host, who answers any questions promptly. The proximity to the beach is perfect. This is the 2nd time my family has stayed here, and we will continue to stay as long as we can. My family has a wonderful time at Oak Island staying in this condo. Everything we needed was either provided by the property owner or within walking distance. The weather cooperated during our stay, so our kids were able to make use of the pool and/or the beach every day we were there. We also made use of the board games and tvs provided in the condo by the property owner.

The only thing that was missing was the hot tub. The listing did not specify that the hot tub would be inoperable. Apparently it gets turned back on in May. Other than that, it was great! Beach is so close and is a wonderful, big, flat beach. Perfect for walking. We enjoyed ourselves! Recommend the restaurant Salt 62, right down the street
