Side B of the SOHO Bungalow has one large bedroom - queen bed. This room also includes a couch with sitting area and a SMART TV. Separate dining room and full kitchen. Outdoor shower with hot water.

Great location located in the Yaupon area of Oak Island. Three short blocks to the beach. Close to many of the local favorites - Chaser's, Frosty's Ice Cream, Grape & Ale, Thai by the Sea and Dominos.

Great cottage
Perfect cottage for a couple. Close to the beach, directly across the street from the Tipsy Tuna, and just around the corner from the ice cream shop. The property was clean, spacious, and had a washer and dryier.

Wedding weekend
The house was great for a long weekend. Very walkable to beach and restaurants. Kitchen was a little dated and the cabinets had a little musty smell but overall was clean. There was one minor incident and Lynn was quick to address it. There were mini blinds on the windows but I would like to suggest also having room darkening drapes on the bedroom windows.

Great location
The location was close to the beach and great for our 2 night stay. The bed was comfortable and it has 2 showers which is nice. The only complaint is there is only one air conditioning unit in the bedroom so the kitchen gets a little hot.

It needs air-conditioning throughout the duplex. The current system is only in the bedroom over the bed. There is no air in the kitchen area or bathroom. The current unit needs maintenance as it gives off a high-pitched tone even on low.

Weekend on Oak Island!
We were happy to stay for 2 nights! Most places only accommodate a week stay in the summer. We appreciated the easy walk to nearby brewery for beer & pizza when we arrived! It was a short walk to breakfast at the pier and beach the next morning. The unit had cute decor, good Wi-Fi, lots of TV channels, & plenty of room for the two of us. We had not been back to OKI in 15 years, so it was fun to see what changed & what stayed the same. Thanks, Lynn for this last minute getaway.

Perfect Getaway
Overall this place was exactly what I was looking for. Nice beachy details throughout. I loved the outside shower and location. There's plenty to walk to nearby and the beach is so close! Loved my stay!

We loved the location, a few times we drove our heavy cooler to the beach but not a bad walk otherwise. Bungalow was clean and the host was a great communicator. Very cute little spot, we plan to vacation here again.

Pleasant Beach Vacation
We really enjoyed our stay at the Soho Bungalo. We were looking for somewhere affordable to stay within walking distance to the beach. At less than half a mile, this place fit the bill. The bedroom was comfortable and had access to two showers. I would definitely do a weekend trip here again. However, I'm not sure I would do anything longer as the kitchen is quite a bit out of date. We appreciated Lynn's responsiveness when we had questions about getting checked in. Can't wait to visit again soon!

Wonderful Location! Cozy!
Great location! Kind prompt responses from the owner. Cozy… VERY comfortable bed and couch! I would definitely recommend this property to friends and stay here in the future. The photos make it look like you can step right out back to the little patio.. I was looking forward to coffee out there. The back door leads to another home (it’s locked for emergency exit only) … so you have to walk around back to access the back deck. We didn’t use it. This little place was great for our vacation! Thank you!

New Family Getaway
Lynn’s Soho Bungalow was the perfect getaway for the weekend for our newly formed family. (2 adults and a 3 week old) Her place was exceptionally clean. We loved that we could walk to the beach in less than half a mile and loved how convenient it was to some of our favorite places on the island.

Perfect getaway!
We decided to book a much needed vacation on a whim. This place was perfect for just the two of us. Lynn, the host had thought of everything you may need to be comfortable on our stay! I loved the dual bathroom set up. The home was SPOTLESS, and just a short walk or drive to the beach, pier, and restaurants! We will definitely book with Lynn in the future.
