Beautiful Breeze is a 4 BR 2 BA beachfront cottage with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen & living room. It has a 180 degree ocean view, spacious oceanfront screened porch with plenty of seating, a large sunny deck area, and an outside rinse station.

This oceanfront cottage sleeps up to 8 people. All bedrooms have new 12 inch Queen Medium Firm Memory Foam Mattresses and blackout curtains.

This cottage is conveniently located near Middleton Park, Ocean Crest Pier, Island Way Restaurant, The Pepperoni Grill, Kings Beach shop, tennis & pickleball courts, Food Lion grocery, and Publix grocery.

Keyless door lock entry provides easy access.

This is a NON-SMOKING and NO PETS cottage.

Rental includes 5 ROKU Smart TVs, free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, books, W/D, HVAC, D/W, a fully equipped kitchen, and ceiling fan/light combos in each room.

Lower level storage has a variety of beach toys and supplies. Small outdoor utility sink and picnic table are in shaded area under the cottage.

Basic starter cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and dish detergent provided.

Best vacation ever!
I would recommend Beautiful Breeze to anyone who asks. The house is beautiful, full of light, comfortable and peaceful. Beach is very close and the view is wonderful. While we took advantage of the local restaurants, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook meals with. We hated to leave.

Perfect house for a relaxing family gathering. Beautiful beachfront all the amenities you would need are provided for cooking a great meals. It’s very charming and beautifully decorated the air conditioning worked great and we will definitely book this house again in the future. You can’t go wrong if you decide to rent this property

Great beachfront vacation!
After much research, I choose this home for my family (5 adults) who needed space to move about, convenience to the beach and in close proximity to where our parents live locally. This home WAS PERFECT!! I would highly recommend staying here... you will not be disappointed.

An amazing get-away!
We loved everything about this rental! It was very clean & well-stocked with the essentials. The dunes are a bit high so you dont get a 100% view of the beach & the bedroom windows are sealed shut so you cant hear the ocean waves while you sleep. But we still enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic October Beach Vacation!
We so enjoyed our Fall beach trip to Oak Island - the location of the property is perfect, with awesome views and beach access - being right on the beach is key with little kids. The house has been renovated beautifully, and is well appointed. We'll definitely be back!

A Breeze
Our stay at Beautiful Breeze was beautiful and easy. The home was a perfect size and layout for our group of six. The kitchen was thoughtfully outfitted. A nice deck and screened porch just steps from the ocean. Newly renovated and super clean. We would recommend to friends wishing to stay in the area.

Lovely house in a perfect location
This was our second year staying at Beautiful Breeze, and it was just as fantastic as the first. The house was clean, well-cared for, and problem-free, just like last time. This year we took even greater advantage of the central location (near a park, grocery store (Publix), and Oak Island's strip of amenities), and were able to bike pretty much everywhere we needed to go. What a laid-back, relaxing week!

We had a great week at OKI despite some rainy weather. The house has been renovated and is great! Very well laid out and comfortable. The screened in porch and deck were great for outdoor relaxation. We plan to stay here again!

This was a very clean and beautiful house!! I loved that it met all our needs!! It was very well stocked on basic supplies…. The mini splits a.c. in every room was perfect!!!
