THE FURNISHINGS, EQUIPMENT, DECORATIONS WERE VERY NICE. THE PROPERTY NEEDED QUITE A FEW OF SMALL FIXES, RUST—BROKEN CABINETS-ROUGH DECK AND UNSANDED CHAIR
