A spectacular Oceanfront 10 bedroom, 8.5 bathrooms with elevated swimming pool in the second-floor deck. There is plenty of parking. Eight of the 10 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and two bedrooms share a bath. This floor plan is inverted with six of the bedrooms on the 2nd level along with a second living area and entertainment center with mini kitchenette all leading to the large deck and swimming pool. Three of the bedrooms on the second level have their own private balconies. The three other bedrooms each with their own balcony are on the third level with the kitchen and living area maximizing the magnificent views at this quiet end of the island. There is a back deck off the living and kitchen area offering more outdoor seating and views.

Nice place for a retreat.
The layout of the property was well-suited for an 8-12 person group. The upstairs common areas were really great for our focused work and the surrounding area was fantastic for relaxing.

Was a great weekend getaway
Had a great time at the house. Very peaceful and spacious. Only thing we did not like was a few of our guests woke up with bumps on them that were clearly not mosquito bites. Sent a message to the host to check for bed bugs and was never messaged again after. That was the only downfall of the trip other then that everything else was nice.

Perfect location for big family
This house was beautiful. Being so close to the beach was wonderful. The breakfast island in the kitchen is awesome. We had two small issues while we were there but the maintenance man was there on the double and fixed both issues immediately. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone

Business Meeting
We are group of friends who own like businesses that meet a couple times of year for comaraderie and to talk shop. The property suited us very well, the living aera is comfortable and spacious which enable us to conduct our business meeting and relax, etc.
