Large yard, plenty of room for family retreat or relaxation. Large waterfront with boat dockage & lift which will be completed April 2025. Serene setting with upscale accommodations. Kayaks on site, beach accessories, brand new laundry center with washer and dryer. Relax by the covered pool, enjoy the firepit over the water or get on a kayak to explore the Mosquito Lagoon flats and Intercoastal Waterway. Kitchen has coffee bar barista, Air Fryer, Bar & Wine Cooler for your entertaining needs. Plenty of room for parking vehicles & trailers, 2 Car Garage for guests to use. Patio dining is covered with outdoor kitchen and grill. There is 75 ft of waterfront with boat lift. Games & activities on site. Fully furnished just bring your food and clothes. Long term accepted, minimum of 4 day rental.
Like to fish but have no boat, use our kayaks or ask about our Fishing Charters that will pick you up onsite at the dock. Fishing Charters for Redfish, Drum, Snook and more.

Beautiful and peaceful home!
This property has been recently updated and had everything we needed plus more that we never get when we travel! It was clean and beautiful and the outdoor area is amazing to relax after a long day or even in the morning with a cup of coffee! The property manager was very attentive and helpful the whole stay!
