"This house exceeded expectations. We had a group of 18 ranging in ages from 6 to 75. The outdoor space was a hit with all the kids in spite of cooler November weather. The commercial style kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a Thanksgiving meal. The indoor space had so many areas of entertainment and relaxation. We couldn’t have asked for more. The stay was great and we would highly recommend!"

"Check in was easy, but we received the code after check in time. The house wasnt the cleanest we have stayed at, the blinds in the bathroom were covered in dust, there was dried rice and food still on the table, something had spilled in the freezer and wasnt cleaned up. We stayed with 3 toddlers, it wasnt really a fit for young kids but we made it work. Also, we could only find 3 washcloths total for 7 people. It was alright to stay at for 2 nights, we werent at the house much."

"We had a party of 4 that stayed here. We arrived Saturday evening so we could attend the football game at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday. The house was easy to find and in a great location. We very much enjoyed our stay!"

"Both my kids were in town and we needed a place big enough for us all to be together. So it was very comfortable for 5 adults, very clean, and the host was wonderful and responsive if I needed anything. Great place and convenient location for shopping, restaurants, etc!"

"Street parking only. No toilet paper. Someone lives upstairs with squeaky floors. 3 bed 1 bath."

"Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC."

"The interior of the property is good. Appeared to be renovated recently. The neighborhood and exterior of the property was a concern when we arrived. Just a short distance to the sports complex (Royals/Chiefs). Big positive for me."

"This is an older house with a lot of character. Be prepared to be flexible and adjust to things not being perfect but a wonderful look at houses built in 1922!!"

"Pros: House is awesome and has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and backs up to the woods. Cons: Ants and spiders inside and out. Patio door and one of the garage doors weren't functional. Host responded a technician would be out but they never showed."

"Our family came in town for a reunion/80th birthday celebration. This location was perfect as it was close to all of the weekend festivities. The house was perfectly maintained, clean, and homey. It had all the necessary amenities and more. Very easy communication with the owner. Highly Recommend!"
