I debated whether to give this property a 3 or 4 stars. In the end, I decided on 4 stars because the location of this house was perfect for our visit to Fort Campbell/Clarksville. It was so easy to get in and out, and the neighborhood was actually really cute (minus the neighborhood dogs that barked 24/7). The house is decorated so well! The master bed was insanely comfortable. Everything was pretty clean. The price was also reasonable.
Here were the cons: The dryer did not work. I had to take several loads of wet laundry to the laundromat to dry (what an inconvenience). The shower head in the hall bathroom shot water out the side, which got water all over the floor and walls. We were soaked trying to fix it, but it needed someone with a tool box and probably some replacement parts to fix it properly. Communication with the owner was a bit weak. I asked twice if I could have a list of amenities in the house (like cooking utensils, toaster, pots, pans, towels, etc) as we were coming from out of town and had an entire family to feed. I never got a response to my question, which made packing hard. Turns out, the pots/pans in the house were minimal and not very clean. Also, (and this might be picky), the house sleeps 6 but there are only 5 kitchen chairs (and no other chairs available), which means one person cannot sit to eat.
I would stay here again, as long as I knew that dryer was fixed.
