"The first time went much better! I’m not sure if we will rent this property again. I couldn’t get any communication from host when I asked for a late checkout, weeks before our stay. The front door lock does NOT work and you have to walk up the stairs by the deck and go in that door. The master bath ceiling started leaking once it started snowing, looks like it’s been an issue for a bit. At 10AM the morning of our departure, a man came out to look at hot tub & remarked “foul”. "We stayed the last week of October at the property. It was perfect for our family. Short 15 minute drive from Kremmling and just minutes away from National Forest. Tons of wildlife around the property from deer to pronghorn. Very cozy house, especially during an all day winter storm. We will definitely stay again if we are back in the area!"

"3 months of absolute bliss. Location is amazing for riding snow mobiles on Buff Pass. Close enough to town for convenience but far enough away for solitude and incredible star gazing. "

"The House was perfect, it was clean, organized, and slept 11 individuals without issue. Unfortunately we were there on a Snowmobiling trip which meant that with 11 guys we had 3 trucks with enclosed trailers. 2 of the 3 trucks at two differing times were stuck on the ICEY driveway and slid down to the street getting stuck. We ended up parking on the street and walking with gear up the driveway. It took us 2 hours to get them out. The snow plowing / ice maintenance was not conducive to...

"We had a wonderful weekend at this cozy cabin! It was spacious and had everything we needed. We saw a lot of wildlife, it was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and we loved having the peloton bike and weights. The location was perfect for us as it was only 5 minutes from the wedding we were attending, and we loved that Steamboat was less than an hour away and we were able to spend an afternoon there. We are already thinking about when we can come back! "
