Located just steps from Sunset Lake and Park and a short stroll from the harbor, shops, and restaurants, this hidden gem offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful retreat tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet conveniently close to everything.

No ferry reservation? No problem! Leave the car behind and walk everywhere—the beach, restaurants, grocery store, and iconic Oak Bluffs attractions like the Flying Horses Carousel and the Gingerbread Houses are all within easy reach.

The home features multiple porches, including a covered wrap-around porch on the first floor, perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or an evening drink. A back porch leads to a private backyard area with a fire pit, offering a cozy space for outdoor gatherings. Off the front bedroom, you'll find an open wrap-around porch, providing an additional spot to take in the peaceful surroundings.
