The condo is in a perfect location. Close to Oak Bluffs to walk but quiet. The condo was very clean and comfy. Barbara was great at helping us get ready and had everything needed for a really nice stay. Plus you can't get any closer to Inkwell beach than here!

Barbara’s place is wonderful, comfortable and within walking distance to all things OB. Easy to navigate to other areas and close to coffee, groceries (Reliable market nearby) and if interested, a wine store. But best of all is the nearness to the beach and watching the sunrise of Nantucket Sound.

Wonderful Stay July, 2024!
What a fantastic place to unwind, relax and enjoy ourselves while visiting MV! The condo is well appointed and has a great flow in terms of layout. Love that the 2nd bedroom is away from primary. You cannot beat the location-right across from beach. Very peaceful complex .A short walk to Circuit Avenue too! Barbara is such a gracious host and of course, thinks of everything that you might need while staying there. Thank you! We cannot wait to return!

we had a great time and the condo was in a perfect location right next to inkwell beach. You could walk right into town. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need and was very comfortable .

My Wife and I stayed at this condo 3 times now with he most recent being May 2018. We always book as close to Memorial Day as possible for many reasons. You can actually walk the sidewalks hand-in-hand without bumping into a crowd and most shops are open for the season. The condo is beyond belief. Comfortable, clean and the view! The owner has been terrific throughout the years. Very accommodating and super friendly. We have been going every other year, but eventually want to make this a yearly trip. We drive from Buffalo, NY and stay in Woods Hole over night and catch the ferry the next morning to the Island with our vehicle and don't forget your bikes! As far as the condo...we would never, ever even think of staying someplace other than The Seaview.

Very well appointed condo right across from the beach and walking distance to downtown Oaks Bluff stores and restaurants. My son was there to participate in the Martha's Vineyard Triathlon and the start of the race was literally right outside our windows! Great place, highly recommend!

Wonderful experience with owner, beautiful condo, great location!
We loved our week at the Condo on the beach. Having spent many summers at large houses in various locations across the Vineyard but this turned into our best experience yet. Location can not be beat and the unit had everything we could have wished for. The whole property is well maintained, the outside of the unit has charcoal grills as well as the nearest trash area I have ever experienced! :-). We will be back, we miss it already. Owner was wonderful called before I left to make sure the arrangements for the linens would be acceptable. She was very thoughtful and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this unit but I really want it all to myself!!! :-)

Beautiful condo, great location!
We came in for my son to run the Martha's Vineyard marathon. Loved the condo and it worked out great for the 3 of us. You don't need to rent or bring your car. You can walk to great restaurants and shopping. The condo is well decorated and so comfortable! It was immaculate and provided us with everything we needed to make him dinner the night before. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location, clean, neat, and affordable...
Our overall stay was fantastic. The open floor plan gave us ample opportunity to chat while we were cooking dinner, and the view from the living room was beautiful. Our only complaint was the washing of our linens. We were given the option of bringing our own bedding, however, three of us had traveled out of the state, it wasn't feasible, so we opted to use the linens provided. So we were responsible for washing and drying all 4 bed linens before our 11:00 am check out. That made for a hectic morning of cleaning and laundry. But again, overall it was a great trip. I also would like to mention that the owner of the property called me personally to answer and and all of my questions and concerns prior to the trip. Thank you Barbara!!! I would def recommend this property to my friends.

We just got back from The Seaview Condo in Martha's Vineyard on Sunday. We stayed last Wednesday to Sunday and the weather could not have been better! Barbara was great, she kept in contact with us up to our stay and then checked on us while we were their at the condo. Her place is beautiful and perfectly located to the ferry, shopping and food. We were only about 3 blocks from everything. A car is not needed unless you want to tour the island on your own. The food store is also located close to the condo. We will definitely be staying at Barbara's place again!

Beautiful location and View
My three sisters and i stayed at Barbara's Condo in May of 2015. We had a wonderful time exploring the island.. We did a lot of laughing, shopping and sightseeing. It is right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to town with restaurants and shopping and the ferry is within a few minutes of the condo. This year i brought my husband back the weekend before Memorial Day and he fell in love with the place. We did a lot of fishing and exploring and throughly enjoyed the queen size tempurpedic bed. Best sleep we had in a long time with the windows open listening to the sound of the ocean. Barbara thinks of all the things one could want while away, from beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, just bring your food. We hope to get back here again soon!
