Gorgeous Studio apartment with Balcony - L'appartement de la rivière qui chante

This newly renovated charming 24m2 studio located on the first floor is equipped for all your needs.

The studio has a large comfortable sofa, TV with Chromecast and Bluetooth speaker.

The sleeping area has a generous 160cm x 200cm bed and wardrobe area with plenty of storage.

The studio is well located in the historic centre of Nyons behind Rue des Déportés, a street filled with plenty of local restaurants to choose from. It is also very close to the listed Pont Roman and the River Eygues . The weekly Market is held every Thursday throughout the year (and also on a Sunday from May to September). Try the Nyons Olives!

There is a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Dine at the breakfast bar.

The Bathroom offers a shower, WC and washing machine.

Take an aperitif on your private balcony complete with canopy.
