"Bettlaken war bei Anreise schmutzig. Wurde nach Beschwerde sofort gewechselt. Versprochener Drink aufs Haus wurde nie eingelöst. Zimmerreinigung angkündigt nur alle 3 Tage (ist ok). Dazu fand man aber auch noch ein Schreiben im Zimmer, sollte man in der Zwischenzeit Handtücher benötigen, müsste man 30,- Euro extra zahlen. Keine kaffeemaschine oder wasserkocher oder kühlschrank im zimmer. Für den Preis ist die Ausstattung sehr mäßig. "

"Wir hatten kein Aufenhalt, haben uns bei Ihrem Kundendienst mehrmals gemeldet aber ohne erfolg. Die Vermitwrin ist vor mehr als 2 Jhre gestorben. Niemand war da und unsere Mitarbeiter könnten nicht rein. Also wollten wir unseres Geld züruck. Bis heute hat sich da nichts getan. Einfach katastrofe.."
