"Two sets of family stayed at this property and it was more than enough room. The house was very clean and tidy and a comfortable space. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials and all bathrooms had plenty of soap, paper towel and toilet paper. The host was super friendly and helpful. They were very quick to respond to inquiries and helpful recommendations. Overall, the property met our needs and we really enjoyed our stay. Over"

"The house was quite nice overall. A little disappointing that the woodstove didn't work, especially as the weather was cool and wet. The water is quite soft, but tastes good; and the water heater works fine. We spent a chilly first night as the baseboard heaters were set to 10C (50F), and the control buttons are really tiny and hard to notice. A heads up from the owner would have been helpful. "This house was centrally located to everything we wanted to do while in this area of Cape Breton. It was quiet and comfortable and we appreciated being able to do laundry. I would recommend it to other travelers."

"We had a wonderful stay at See Weed and Sod B&B! Terri, our host, went above and beyond with her warm hospitality, making us feel instantly at home. Each morning, she treated us to a delightful, homestyle breakfast that was both hearty and delicious—a perfect way to start our day. The time spent with the animals made our stay even more memorable. Ralfie the cat was such a joy, Chewy’s friendly nature brightened our days, Fauna the farm dog was a lovely companion, and meeting Lady, the beautiful horse, was truly special.
