"Unfortunately we had a very bad experience on Tuesday the 29th May 18. First we had difficult time tracing this place as it's not sign posted from the main road. We finally arrived and packed our car by the gate for ten minutes waiting for the gate door bell to be answered as the gate was not manned. "Virginia at reception was amazing! Beautiful property. Just be aware the property is INSIDE the park. So you will have to pay the park fee ($60 per person and $15 for vehicle) to get to the property, so plan accordingly."

"All the staff serving were very friendly, welcoming and professional. The cleanliness was of the highest quality. The breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared. The pool was clean and safe. The massage and spa services were excellent. Th security was paramount. Visit Panorama park and experience it for yourself."

"The beds were great for sleeping, location and very quite. Nice hot water for showering. The restaurant food was great being vegetarian however, i feel there needs to be more ventilation as we could smell the non veg food while eating at the restaurant. Its not common to have the meaty smell all round the restaurant seating area. But overall great hotel"

"We had a wonderful and enjoyable two-night stay at Sopa Resort. The grounds are beautifully populated with calm zebras, waterbucks, and giraffes, which makes them easy to photograph. All the staff were cheerful and accommodating. A special thank you to Jacob for assisting us in arranging our boat safari."
