Breakfast was shown to be $13.00 a person to be paid on site, but it was $37.00 for 2 people. There was top added although there was no table service. Food was basic self serve buffet. Not worth $37.00. No tip should be applied. Our bed was very comfy in the up side. Check in was easy. The room was clean!

I like the location. The room was uncomfortable due to the loud heating system it felt cramped compared to other rooms I’ve visited in the past. The gym had a leaking ceiling making the floor wet from an unknown source posing a slip/fall risk. No towels in the pool area we had to call. Mediocre experience at best.

There is no way to walk to the stores or restaurants from this hotel! I had to call an uber all the time if I just wanted to go down the street. No side walks. Very inconvenient. My family member past away and I wanted to cancel with a lot of time ahead and they denied it! Not coming back

Chloe was extremely rude... we flew in for a wedding and arrived at 930 am. We requested an early checkin due to our flight arriving early and understood that there may be a wait. However, she made my hadicapped mother, myself and my children wait in the lobby for over 4 hours before she even ordered our room to be cleaned for us to check in. And we over heard her talking to some guests that we chatted with in the lobby during our wait, when she mentioned that, "thats what they get for booking 3rd party"... pleanty of people checked in early and we were stranded for hours, sleeping in the lobby because of her lack of care and hospitality.
