The apartment consists of a large living room and two 2-bed rooms, a small newly fitted kitchen and a bathroom. In the living room for a further 2 beds can be prepared. So the place can be made for 6 people.

Appealing furnishings tastefully combined with loving details. We guarantee a relaxing stay in a tranquil and relaxing environment in Nuremberg-Brunn, and yet so close to the action. Not far from the center of Nuremberg (15 min. By car). All hotspots, such as downtown, Opera, Christmas Market, Castle and Old Town are easily reached from there on foot. The apartment is comfortably usable for four people. The large living room (ca 23 m²) is available as a stay available and is equipped with a dining area. In the living room there is a davenport which offers two more sleeps. Therefore, the 3-room apartment is up to 6 people very well suited for families or groups. 10, - for each additional person. Other features include a fully equipped with satellite + HD TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a brand new facility with fridge-freezer, electric cooker with ceramic hob and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a bath, so you also can sometimes relax in a hot bath. All rooms are provided with daylight windows. For matters relating to leisure, we are happy to help. Especially the district Brunn is associated with many trails that lead to the city center or to the zoo. The neighborhood





A nearby seaside resort is the Birkensee. Access on foot in about 20 minutes. (4 km) playground for children in the village. Horse riding center 4 km as well as restaurants and shops: REWE, Norma, Liedl and others.

Transport Bus, stop Brunn-Mitte 6-7 min. to the S-Bahn. Important for fair guests: Close to the exhibition center (about 10 minutes by car) and very close to the motorway access. 15 minutes by car to the center of Nuremberg.
