However, much to our dismay, there were no utensils in the kitchen and the reception told us that the kitchen stove was not functioning due to no pipes available. That was a bit disappointing. "The hotel wasn’t the same as the pictures condition wise, very run down, room wasn’t as clean as expected for its star rating, games room facilities were broken, breakfast options were very limited. For the price we paid and star it’s rated was expecting was more from the hotel "
