"This was our second stay at the hotel. As expected, it was very comfortable. The staff are friendly. We didn't face any issue. Location is great. Close to public transport. Iso Christina Mall is at walkable distance. Very close to Lake Saima."

"This is a place you get a bed to sleep and breakfast, but don't expect anything great. Everything is very basic and the hotel needs a face uplift. At least during this stay it was totally over-priced (about 200 euro)."

Jos haluat maksimaalisen kokemuksen niin pyri käymään kylpylässä alkuillasta ennen muita (sisään otetaan kuulemma hyvin rajoitettu määrä että ahdasta siellä ei koskaan ole). "Room was unclean on arrival. Door required a special manoeuvre to unlock which was a real fire risk as the room windows don’t open. We reported both to reception, but were greeted by a shrug of the soldiers and some story about renewing the cleaning contract at the end of the season. Breakfast was cold meat and cheese with watered down orange juice and just the one toaster. Some staff were helpful but others weren’t. Whilst offering fishing, the staff didn’t know how to obtain the 2 Euro per day...
