Ideal for contractors, professionals, workers and even families for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Provides all essentials and amenities. Contains private driveway big enough for 2 vehicles with a electric car charger (7kW), and is close to local supermarkets, train station and major road links (A5, A444 and M6). Perfect for your everyday stay.

This is a new build house encompassing a spacious living room that contains 2 sofa double sofa beds, 48 inch smart TV, complimentary high speed WiFi and a 4 seater dining table facing the garden.

Kitchen:
Moderate sized kitchen has all new appliances from; fridge freezer, electric cooker and oven, washer-dryer, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine. Full kitchen utensils as well as pots and pans are provided. Complimentary items for guests includes; Bread, tea, sugar, coffee pods, and milk.

Bedroom 1:
Standard box room with a single bed, chest of drawers and a single cupboard.

Bedroom 2:
Has a double bed as well as a single bed, built in closet and an en-suite bathroom (note: shower gels and toiletries included)

Bedroom 3:
Also includes a double and single bed as well as a full wardrobe

**Please note all bedrooms have fresh bed linen, comfortable hand picked mattresses and 100% cotton towels, plenty of clothe storages and blackout blinds**
