"Great location to stay when arriving late to New Chitose. Quiet location. Very clean. Great value for the price. The only inconvenience was we had some difficulty checking because the wifi was weak at reception and our cell service was not strong either. There is no in person reception. Only cloud reception available if necessary."

"nice, clean and comfortable room with fast wifi before our flights back home. Parking is an issue with not enough parking spaces overnight limited to 36 spaces for its guests. Has to park across the street. Also, the hotel does not have temporary parking space to unload luggage unless to park on a busy, active street to stop the traffic. Otherwise, it is a very good hotel choice to transit back home at a near airport location "
