"We had a week at Kelman Cottage for a family holiday. The location is beautiful. It’s peaceful and we loved seeing kangaroos and other wildlife each day. The cottage has everything you need and is very comfortable. We loved the pool area on the warmer days, enjoying the shade over the pool and the cabana area. On wet days the cottage had enough room for us to relax and enjoy games and reading. Thanks for a wonderful week. "

"On arrival we made a cuppa & sat down on the verandah and ahhh…tranquility. Our daughters ran around in our private yard with a swing and we could unwind. Met the owners the next day and then every morning our girls fed the horses and sheep with them. So much fun. We were even given extra hay to feed the horses when they were next to our yard. Can’t rate it high enough"

"Great location and well maintained with plenty of activities for the kids. House had plenty of room for us and was nice and warm. Wide slashed paths through the property to the dams etc. Driveway had been repaired, access to the property was easy. Will definitely be coming back."

"We absolutely loved our stay - the property is stunning and so well set up for kids and families to enjoy every part of it. The house and kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we need. A note on location- it isn’t best any shops so make sure you bring everything you need!"

"Great farm house stay. No neighbours. Enjoyed watching the Kangaroos. And talking to the cheeky chickens. Only 15 mins to Hunter Valley wildlife Park. Lots of added extras like snacks and breakfast in the kitchen and insect repellent in the bathroom. Would recommend."

"Had a few days away with family (age range 40s to under 1s). House was easy to find with plenty of parking for 4 cars, clean and had a functional layout, and not too far from the wineries. Different spaces available for the little kids and the bigger kids and they all enjoyed the pool. We had power outages due to heavy storms so the BBQ was very appreciated. Instructions and communications from property manager kept us in the loop and ensured a smooth and easy stay. Overall, it was a great time...
