"Staff really went out of their way to make guests happy. Nothing was too difficult. The property suited my needs very well; comfortable, plenty of space to relax, homely, safe and clean with staff on-hand to assist if required. I'd stay there again."

On arrival, the toilet was broken and dirty. The room wasn't secure as a window locking mechanism was broken. And, for most of our stay the internet wasn't available.
