This house is in a decent gated neighborhood about a mile from the dining strip and about a mile from the beach. Uber rides were $5-$7 and easy to utilize. The backyard/pool area is totally private. The house is 1 bedroom 1 bath downstairs and 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is also1 full bathroom outside by the pool. All of the bedrooms are decent sized and have air conditioning. There are high speed fans in all of the other rooms that really did keep things cool. At this time of year, there were gnats and mosquitos everywhere we went, so bug repellant was definitely needed. Garbage pickup is every morning. We made the mistake of putting it out at night once but the raccoons got into it. Walmart is a couple of miles away and we used them to deliver paper products, drinks and water upon arrival although the host did have over 5 gallons of bottled water onsite for us as well as cold cerveza in the fridge. There were a few items that could use a little maintenance but overall we were very pleased with the location, the size of the home, and the privacy.

Great stay for our family trip
This is the second time we have stayed at David’s place. The pool and the outdoor BBQ area are our favourite places. Nice big kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Thanks for the great time again, David!

Wonderful stay
Great property for a family to stay at. Highlights were the pool and outdoor charcoal barbecue. David was an excellent host. Neighbourhood was safe with garbage pick ups almost daily. The walk to the beach is 15-20 minutes. I would stay here again.

For us property was too far from anything. Need a car or like us we used Uber.
Was great having our own pool. Tiny bugs ate us alive in evening. Sprays never worked. So tiny came in through screens, hated them. Toaster didnt work on one side, two cup coffee pot, should be bigger. Overall lots of room, king bed was comfortable but others were too hard. Place wasnt as clean as I would like. David was always available when we needed him.

We had problems with the swimming pool, water was greenish due to faulty filtration system. We also encountered problems with the HOA, they refused to take the trash due to montly dues not being paid for multiple months. The property manager was unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach him. I would not recommend.

Perfect in everyway
The house and location was great. Pool amazing. Palm trees everywhere. 15 minute walk to public beach. Lots of resturants within walking distance. The best of the best host. David is a ten out of five. House backs onto farmland and gives you a great view of cows wild boars and landscape. Beds are comfortable and house is very well equipped. Again. David is amazing young man and speaks fluent english. Very helpful. Love this place
