Flat was not cleaned and rubbish not taken away. 4. Unable to gain access on day of arrival as nobody on duty despite being notified of late arrival. 5. TV was only connected on last day. 6. Some lights not working and were not fixed."

"Check in with Jusua was very quick and friendly he took care to expedite process since we arrived in the middle of the night and we wanted to sleep. Breakfast had a great variety and was plentiful. Staff were really nice and service was efficient. Check out was a breeze. 15 min from the airport. "
