"Camille was very responsive with communications leading up to the stay and Nicholas met us promptly at check in time which was very helpful and appreciated. The apartment is a short 15 minute taxi ride from the train which was convenient. The apartment is as described in the pictures and the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is clean. There is no body soap provided so make sure you bring your own.You can not beat the location as you walk out the front door and there are wonderful...

"This was the best decision to stay here! Beautiful property right on Gold Beach, in a town that feels like you are back in time. Walk out to the mulberry harbors at low tide and experience the real French countryside. An adorable town with good food, a beautiful property with views that we will never forget. The property manager was so helpful - we had one issue in the translation of the property info on vrbo. It said bed sheets were provided, but only the bed sheets for the bed are provided...

"This was a great little apartment for my husband, I and our daughter. We were able to visit the D-Day sites, including the American Cemetery. Catherine was so very helpful and kind. We speak very little French, but we laughed together and made it work. All the people of the area were wonderful. Thank you, Catherine!"

"We could not have asked for a better place to stay on our trip. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect place to stay when visiting the DDay sites. Very close to the train station and an easy walk to town. Our host was so kind and helpful. Check in process was a breeze. I can not recommend staying here enough. "

"Extremely pleased with location. Only had to wait 5-10mins for handover of keys. Very surprised no bedding, towels or tea towel. Had to spend time of holiday purchasing them after 8 hrs of driving. Although sleeps six would only stay max 3-4. The location was the highlight of the venue although nice and clean."

"Nicolas met us to let us in and to give us the keys. The apartment is situated in a courtyard (that’s where you park). There’s a key to enter the building and a key to enter the third floor apartment. It seemed like a very safe area. Nice and quiet at night. The views from the apartment were lovely. The windows can be opened to let in fresh air. The heating system worked well. The beds were comfortable. Great location. We walked to everything we wanted to do. "
