The hotel is old and smells and the room floor wasn’t very clean. However, the bed and sheets clean and confortable. The bathroom is totally made of plastic. However, we slept well and the staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful!

Fast hotel Lens
Very good overnight hotel. Nice and clean, pleasant and very helpful staff. Commercial area nearby with lots of resteraunts also another resteraunt 2 or 3 minutes away. Overall a good choice.

An ideally situated hotel for travel thru France
The hotel was comfortable and just big enough for our family of four, good for a one night stay. The hotel location is close to the main routes and not far from the ferry ports. The condition of the hotel is a bit tired and worn, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is near the retail park where there are many restaurants, fast food places (with childrens play parks) and large shops, like Decathlon and shopping centre.

The man who took care of everything was very nice and helpful. We had trouble both evenings with our key card not working. He came out and reprogrammed it without a fuss. His English was excellent (my French is not good).

Good hotel if you need a room for the night.
Rooms are really small but clean. The bathroom/shower are very tight quarters. Had to turn sideways in shower to apply soap/shampoo. The man looking after the breakfast was very friendly. As mentioned above, it is okay if you need a hotel for the night and close to the highway.

Arrived really late
The ferry was late and we arrived 01:30 am thought we would have to sleep in the car but the staff let us in and we had a good night sleep in a clean modern looking room thank you

Great stopover if late for Calais coming home
We stopped here as we arrived late at night and were worried about missing le shuttle through eurotunnel. Instead we stayed here and got up early. The hotel is about 1 hour from eurotunnel, so is far enough away not to get caught up in trouble, but because its straight down the a26, is guaranteed to be 1 - 1 1/4 hours to the tunnel.The hotel sleeps four, reception is only manned during the day, but the credit card you use the bookimg generates your key and gets you in out of hours. We slept, used the small but serviceable shower and left. so for 50 euros great value

Simple hotel, we stayed with our two children in a large room. Tiny bathroom (well, it is France so used to this) and no aircon (glad it was only mid 20's).

Clean and done what we wanted
Hotel was clean. Friendly staff. We got a great cheap stay. If you want luxury this is not for you. But a bed for the night or 3 for us it does the job. My top priority is cleanliness and IT was. The only critism would be the bathroom in our room for four of us was way to small. I'd stay there again. Wifi not great.

Clean, comfortable and great value for money
Stopover en route to Disney. Excellent value for money, clean and comfortable rooms. Restaurants nearby for evening meals. Had 2 x family rooms. Will definately use again.

The village has nothing to offer for tourists. There is one bar & grill next door to the hotel & that is pretty much that. Once the bar & grill closed at about 11 there was no were else to go.

Overnight stopover
Simple budget hotel right on the motorway network, convenient for stopover. Nice restaurant next door. However the hotel has had a name change since we made our booking, making it difficult to find! Sat nav told us we had arrived but no Alkna Hotel good job I'd printed off the Expedia details - We recognised it from the picture, Now called Express Hotel
