"I was greeted very warmly by the reception. I was handed a map of Florence and recommended a few really good places to visit (I was also informed about how to get to these places). "Toilet clogged & wouldn’t flush. Moved rooms & it had a hole in the ceiling & very noisy on the street side. Asked to move back to origins room use the other toilet until they could fix it the next day as my daughter was ill. While in the shower the door was jammed shut. When I finally did it open it fell in on me & sliced my shin open. Marco was super nice but the other man was rude & sarcastic bringing me literally to tears. "

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals.
