"Enjoyed my stay"

"My daughter and her friends were going to be taking an early flight for a class trip. We used the Sheraton Detroit Airport to be close to the airport and save ourselves an even earlier morning drive. We had a better night's sleep this way and the shuttle made it easy for me to get the girls to the terminal safely w/o needing to move my car. The staff was really friendly, our adjoining rooms were clean/comfortable, and the shuttle was a perfect solution. It even returned me to the hotel once the girls were on their way. "

"I’m in the hospitality industry and I experienced great staff interaction with great training on interacting with the guests. Your employee training is top notch! Well Done! One quick note - I was given two cookies at check-in and noticed during my 5 day stay a basket full of cookies throughout the day. I would help myself when I entered the hotel and saw the cookies in the basket. On day 4 of my stay a staff member asked me if I would like to put the cookie on my room. I was shocked & embarrassed! I truly did not realize they were for retail. Maybe just a card next to the basket or mentioned when giving the first cookie on check-in that they can be purchased for $3.00 a package? A very slight blemish on an incredible time at your hotel."

"Such a beautiful place! We came here for a wedding and everything was in one place! The wedding ceremony was in a beautiful church that’s located in the property. The reception hall was also in the hotel property. The hotel room itself was very clean and bed was comfortable. Easy check-in and out process. Went to Five restaurant located at the lobby for breakfast and the food was amazing! This place was amazing and I would definitely visit again!"
