"Tiny is the way to Stay! The accommodations were perfect! I have family in Monahans and it was nice to cook a meal for them. The only issue we had was workers were on our roof putting up Solar panels, making so much noise. Hopefully that has been completed, because we will definitely be staying again! "

"Cleaning crew must have came in around 1230 AM. They made all kinds of noise for a solid 30 to 45 minutes. Its a nice place the own just needs to really work on the internet. He tried but it didnt help"

"Damian is an excellent host and very responsive. House was large enough to accommodate my family and grandkids. Large bedrooms, open and roomy living spaces. I liked that all we had to do was take out the trash, turn out the lights, and lock the house when we left. We weren't encumbered with any of the housekeeping duties like other places we stayed at. It's also conveniently located near grocery stores and restaurants. I would stay here again in the future."
