"Excellent communication with owners on booking. Then pre arrival theu sent very detailed and precise information and directions which was much appreciated as it was getting dark when we arrived. A very well laid out and spacious house. Living area and kitchen superb and very well equipped kitchen. We had a toddler and Giles and Christiane provided a travel cot and put a stair gate out for use too. They met us on arrival to welcome us and show us everything. "The beauty of this property is the Ski In ski out and locker facilities you get to use. No need to carry your skis up a mountain! Check in was very easy and we were able to check in early. Chalet was in need of update but it was very clean and functional. Parking available outside and in garage. A more accurate listing would be even better. Very responsive owner, had a couple of issues but responded back satisfactorily extremely quickly! Large property, easily sleeps two families across three...

"We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking."

"We love the place and we booked to come back next year! Gilles was communicative and helpful, the place was beautiful and comfortable. We were worried about driving up to Montchavin but it was fine and we always found parking even in the mêlée of half-term week. From here were able to ski all the way to Champagny on the La Plagne side, and in Les Arcs down the Aiguille Rouge."

"The sofa bed was so uncomfortable is was impossible to sleep for more than a few minutes at a time and as soon as I sat on it, the arm fell off, having been glued back on many times. On our last morning there was no hot water available so a day of travelling home with no shower. Reported to the venue but no response."
