"Really nice flat after issues with check in were solved. There was no soap in the dispenser and 1/2 roll of toilet paper, and one coffee pod for a multiple day stay. Owner brought soap/toilet paper but not coffee pods. And I couldn’t get the overhead shower to work - so just had the handheld. Searched everywhere for a button or lever to pull. "We had a little difficulty in finding the property but Google Maps did the trick ! Once we arrived, the reception by the owner was excellent and the property clean, well-equipped and like new. The views across the valley were suberb and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. In the morning, we were brought breakfast exactly on time and it was comprehensive and more than we could eat. The location is perfect for the last night before catching the ferry from Lehavre or Dieppe or exploring...

"We stayed for two nights in the Studio (NOT shown on the website, the advertised apartment was already booked) which was secure and very compact with comfortable double bed with single bunk above. "The greenery environment is absolutely fantastic. It is surrounded by lots of apple trees, you can literally pick apple from all these different type of apple trees. You could see massage tree house and yoga deck which gives you a good retreat vibes. The deco inside the house is so warm and healing. The breakfast service is amazing that offered in-house produced apple juice and apple jam. The only thing is parking lot is quite small and it will be great to have complimentary tea in the room....

"Beautiful property in a wonderful scenic setting, with a path from the door down to the bay below. Good views (when the sea mist lifted) of the sea, all the way to Le Havre. Would have been a lovely quiet setting, surrounded by pastures and trees, although we couldn't use our sun balcony for a couple of hours due to a group of 20 to 30 people (guests of the proprietor?) having a very noisy outside buffet party directly underneath us"

"Stepping back into time staying in an 18th. Century Chateau with renovated beautifully decorated large rooms! Charles was our very charming host. He booked a dinner in town for us and had a great breakfast in front of a wood burning fireplace in the morning. Total luxury and experience. Also quite reasonable."

"This is the second time over the past 2 months that I stayed at this beautiful and peaceful Bed & Breakfast type of accommodation and this second time was even better than the first time since I was able to experience the entire property fully in my two-night stay. This time, I was able to enjoy the very serene, quiet and relaxing pool. Walking around the extremely pleasant gardens, yard, and relaxing hobby farm was magnificent. "By far the most magical and comfortable stay we’ve had on our trip! We decided to stay here two days and nights on our family road trip and it was a much needed, relaxing break! "We stayed 3 nights in August 2024 as a family of four. The place is beautiful. The room was great with a huge bathroom (and wonderful shower). "The reason we booked this apartment was that they advertised baby cots, which I reserved and emailed separately to confirm. When we were arrived they confirmed a cot was set up in the room for us. However, there was no cot and one could not be found in the building. This was extremely inconvenient as we have a small baby with us."

Caen, Center of Many Sights

"A very convenient location to explore Caen and Lower Normandy. We made several day trips out from St. Michel in the west to the D-Day beaches. Caen has a lot to offer from William the Conqueror's tomb to wonderful restaurants."

"What a delightful hotel. The rooms were modern, stylish, clean as a whistle and well equipped. The building is equally stylish and well maintained. We didn't eat in the dining room as it was very busy but crossed the road to a restaurant clearly popular with the locals where I enjoyed the best Cafe Gourmand of my life, for a very reasonable price. We could only stay for a single night but, if I'm in Normandy again, especially if I arrived off the evening boat into Le Havre, it would be my first choice. "

"Caen is a very nice city. The hotel was close to the bus system allowing us to get around without having a car. The hotel staff was very informative and helped us with any questions we had. We stayed her for two nights allowing us to visit the Caen museum and have our personal tour of the DDay sites. Would go back if ever in the area. "
