"We stayed for two weeks and loved it here! We took two young children and our dogs and couldn’t have asked for a better home. The house is beautiful with everything you could need and the garden is great with plenty of space for games and dining. Great location with shops 2mins walking distance and 10min drive to angers. The host is lovely and cannot do enough for you. Highly recommend!"

"A fascinating property with a history. Fabulous views of the chateau from the bedroom windows and from the courtyard. Right in the centre of Saumur, but had a large heated indoor swimming pool. The extra treat was the pool table and pinball machine. It was easy enough to reverse the cars into the courtyard with practice. "Owners/hosts made us very welcome and on hand to help when required. Cottage was ideal for what we were looking for - self contained, quiet, private, secure parking and great base for cycling both sides of the Loire and very quiet back roads. Very large garden space front and back was a bonus. All made it an excellent weeks stay. "

"Well equipped beautiful cottage in the Loire countryside. Very Clean. Owners are very welcoming and friendly and have a vineyard 1/2 an hour away - worth the trip and the tasting. The house is close to Saumur which is lovely and has lots to see and do, including nice restaurants and is well located for visiting some famous historical sites like Chinon and Fontavraud Abbey. a very relaxing break."

"The cottage itself is well equipped with quality furnishings and equipment. Put together thoughtfully and stylishly by the charming owners. Unfortunately there is no green outdoor space as it's built on the gravel driveway entrance to the owners house, close to the local urban road and a main road. "We had a wonderful holiday in Denée. Gite is down a country lane, away from things. Met by the owners who had limited English but were absolutely lovely. Gite is a great size and for the first time in any property we had plenty of crockery/glassware/cutlery! Garden is lovely with undercover eating area and barbecue. All very relaxing.
