Casa Patrizia is located in San Lorenzo - Reitani, at the end of one of the roads leading to the sea, the III. It is an independent villa, facing the sea, just 10 meters from the beach (just cross the road to be on the beach). It has a well-kept garden that develops in the front of the house. In the private area in front there is a reserved parking space. In the equipped outdoor veranda you can have lunch and dinner and stay in the shade in the hammock or lying down, listening to the sound of the sea. The house consists of an entrance-living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom. There is an air conditioner in the hallway of the sleeping area which serves the two bedrooms. There is a comfortable outdoor shower to be used when returning from the sea. The golden sandy beach and the crystal clear water of the sea (the cover photo is eloquent) characterize the place as one of the most beautiful of the south-eastern coast of Sicily. In the last two years, caretta caretta turtles have spawned 30 meters from the house. Nearby there is a kiosk bar that offers refreshment during the daytime. With a 15-minute walk you can reach the beach of the Vendicari Oasis, one of the most important sites in Sicily from a naturalistic point of view. A 7-minute drive takes you to the seaside village of Marzamemi, 15 kilometers away is Noto, pearl of the Sicilian Baroque and UNESCO site. Moving with the car in about half an hour you can reach Syracuse, Modica, Scicli. The most beautiful beaches in south-eastern Sicily are within 15 kilometers.
There is an extra, non mandatory, of 10 euros per person for the initial supply of linen (sheets and three towels for the bathroom).
Electricity consumption is counted with a meter and charged at a cost of 25 cents per kwh.

Ve lo consigliamo. Casa davanti alla spiaggia e vicino alle mete della zona!
Siamo stati super contenti della nostra vacanza! Casa davanti al mare, un grande giardino con parte protetta da un pergolato che ci ha permesso di pranzare e cenare davanti al mare. Lo spazio interno rispecchia le fotografie ed è stato perfetto per noi 4. La cucina vista mare con finestra rettangolare super luminosa. Servizio a domicilio dei panettieri della zona tutti i giorni e del gelataio una volta la settimana.piccolo alimentati nella perpendicolare. In 20 minuti si raggiunge Noto, in 40 Siracusa, in 50 Modica e Scicli. In 20 si raggiungono le sciagge attrezzate di Scialai e Carratois. A 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Vendicari. L’ host disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste, tanto da offrirsi di portarci la cena la notte del nostro arrivo. Ve lo consigliamo e se dovessimo tornare nella zona ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wirklich direkt sm Meer
Enzo, der das Objekt betreut, kümmert sich sehr schnell, effektiv und freundlich, wenn man Bescheid sagt, dass etwas nicht funktioniert. Das Ferienhaus ist grösser als es auf dem Bildern wirkt, insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht normalem italienischen Niveau. Die Matratze im Doppelbett war durchgängig. Wenn sich einer bewegt hat, ist der andere von den Bewegungen der Matratze aufgewacht. Das haben wir Enzo gesagt, und vielleicht ist auch dieses Problem bald gelöst. Wir waren Ende Mai bis Mitte Juni dort, in dieser Zeit hst sich das Strandleben schon ziemlich entwickelt, in der Hochsaison könnte es laut werden. Für uns war es ok, auch, weil man im Aussenbereich ein bisschen abheschirmt ist. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch und nicht zuletzt, weil man in der Bucht meistens gut scjwimmen konnte.

+ Tolle, strandnahe Unterkunft für die Familie + Enzo, der Host, hat uns jederzeit und schnell geholfen bei Fragen + Der Strand in San Lorenzo ist toll - Kein Toaster - Mücken ohne Ende, vor allem am Abend - Tote Mücken an den Wänden - Ab vom Schuss, man braucht ein Auto um überhaupt was machen zu können +- Sauberkeit ok, hätte besser sein können +- Im Oktober wenig Sonne auf dem Gelände

Villa patrizia. Casa Vacanza 1481531. La casa è molto curata, accogliente e ad un passo dalla bellissima spiaggia di san Lorenzo. Ci ha accolto Enzo che con la sua premura e gentilezza ci ha da subito fatto sentire come a casa e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni più utili per sfruttare al meglio la nostra vacanza. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per poter godere sia della vita di mare sia per organizzare gite in questa bellissima parte della Sicilia. Le foto corrispondo a quel che abbiamo trovato!

Stupenda!!
Ottima accoglienza. Casa fantastica dotata di ogni comfort sicuramente più che l'essenziale. Come la doccia esterna per togliere la sabbia, amaca, sdraie e ombrellone per la spiaggia, il giardino e anche qualche gioco per i più piccoli. La posizione e la vista, la spiaggia e il mare sono superlativi. Una vacanza in famiglia fantastica. Peccato che serva la macchina per qualsiasi acquisto o ristorante, comunque tutto é a pochi minuti d'auto. Molto apprezzate le info e i consigli ricevuti all'arrivo. Da tornarci.

schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Lage
Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am wunderschönen Strand von San Lorenzo. Es sind nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand. Was für uns wichtig war, da es der erste Urlaub mit Kind für uns war. Von der Terrasse sieht und hört man das Meer. Insbesondere beim Frühstück haben wir diesen Ausblick genossen. Das Haus ist einfach ausgestattet, aber man hat alles was man braucht. Küche, Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und einen Gasgrill im Aussenberreich. Sehr praktisch für den Urlaub mit Kindern, es ist ein Hochstuhl sowie ein Babybett vorhanden. Enzo, der das Haus betreut, war zu jeder Zeit sehr hilfsbereit. Er war immer telefonisch erreichbar, selbst für einfache Fragen, wie welcher Supermarkt ist zu empfehlen. In San Lorenzo gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, daher ist ein Mietwagen zwingend notwendig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 Minuten in Pacchino, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf findet. 10 Minuten sind es bis Marzamemi, einem wunderschönen Fischerdorf mit Restaurants.

Ferien direkt am Meer
Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist umgeben von anderen Ferienhäusern. Wir waren in Vorsaison dort und es war sehr ruhig. Die Durschnittstemperator liegt in dieser Zeit um die 20 Grad, aber in der Sonne ist es gefühlt wie Sommer in Deutschland. Man sollte beachten, dass das Haus an der Ostküste liegt und die Sonne hinter dem Haus untergeht. Aber egal aus welchem Fenster man schaut, das Meer ist immer in Sicht. Um frischen Fisch morgends um 10 zu kaufen eignet sich Pachino gut. Zum Essen kann man in das 5min entfernte und wunderschöne Marzamemi fahren. Alles in allem ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

situazione meravigliosa / Haus in traumhafter Lage
Casa a due passi dalla bellissima spiaggia, giardino enorme, perfetto per bambini! Il proprietario è gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Nell'appartamento tutto ok, il gabinetto non funziona bene e tutto sembra un pò "da rifare", ma se uno non vuole il lusso ma una vacanza da rilassare e da stare al mare, è un posto perfetto! Wir kamen in den Pfingstferien aus Deutschland her und fanden ein Häuschen in traumhafter Lage vor! Zwei Schritte und man ist am wunderschönen Sandstrand, zu dieser Zeit noch ganz leer. Der Garten ist groß und sehr einladend. Man sitzt und isst mit Blick auf das Meer. Innen ist das Häuschen sehr einfach, aber ausreichend eingerichtet. Die Dinge sind etwas älter und die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nur sporadisch. Alles in allem aber ein wundervoller Ort, um keine luxuriösen, aber sehr entspannte Ferien zu verbringen. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto - nächster Ort und Supermärkte jeweils 3km entfernt. Besonders für die Kinder waren es wunderbare und unvergessliche Ferien!
