"10/10, really happy with this hotel. I’d read some of the reviews before that said you could hear noise from the street below and that it was difficult to get into the rooms but me and my Mum had neither of these issues. We didn’t hear any noise from the street below at night! When we arrived, we were able to drop our bags off and head out for a couple of hours before we could get into our room. "It was a great location. It looks a bit sketchy from the outside but once you pass through the doors you are in another world. It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "

"My sister and I stayed at the Hotel Gagliardi for two nights and were upgraded upon arrival which was a fun surprise! One of the perks of traveling in December! Hotel is older but very clean and charming, with multiple places to hang out (patio, sun room, roof top). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Maria at the front desk is a gem - great restaurant suggestions, very friendly and helpful! She really helped make our stay a great one! "
