"Location is perfect. Only a few minutes walk from the malls. Very secured property. Comfortable beds and high quality linens, towels and pillows. They provided toiletries, wifi and netflix. Only one thing to improve is the cleanliness. Check that the room has been fully cleaned because we saw a bottle of C2 in the freezer , biscuit crumbs under one bed, little stain on the comforter and a couple of crawling insects. We didn’t mind those things a we are not fuzzy but other people might not like...

"the night guards on duty were very helpful. I appreciated having a refrigerator and hairdryer. the room was spacious enough and quiet. the owners are very hard to get a hold of. I wanted to extend but couldn't get a hold of them. they asked for 500php cleaning fee however the guards on duty told me that all is paid for so was a bit confused. I also left a cell phone in the room and was not able to call the number given. Also the tv was not working or I didn't know how to work it? "

"The place is convenient. It is in close proximity to the nearest department stores/groceries and dining places. Joe Galaso was responsive and quick in all our inquiries. Our only concern was using the community pool that was assigned to Tower 3, as it was nasty/dirty and no filtration at all. Despite of paying every time you use it, you do not have the liberty to use the other four pools they have in the complex, for this reason we will consider staying somewhere else next time. "
