In the very heart of Wroxham, the capital of the Norfolk Broads, this end of terrace property is part of the Peninsula Cottages Development. It has a contemporary open plan living area and is set over three floors. With waterside access from the garden, this is a haven for fishing enthusiasts. Should you wish to hire a day or picnic boat for some of your stay, it can be moored in the boat basin by the property.
Wroxham itself has daily boat hire and river trips to enjoy the expanse of waterways, as well as plenty of shops, waterside restaurants and cafés to enjoy. The train station, model village and Wroxham Barns craft centre are located on the edge of the village. For a car-free holiday, Wroxham is well-served by trains and buses. The city of Norwich with its cathedral, museums, theatre, cafés and shops, is just 8 miles away. BeWILDerwood in Horning offers an outdoor treehouse adventure with zip wires, jungle bridges and marsh walks. The area is criss-crossed with numerous footpaths and cycling trails. For keen walkers, there is the 61-mile Weavers Way, a long distance footpath that winds through the best parts of the Broads, from Cromer to Great Yarmouth. Golf is available at Sprowston Hall, 6 miles away. Beach 12 miles. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 100 yards.

Quiet convenient location.
A spacious property in a good position for the Broads and Wroxham shops etc. The garden suffers from geese and is contaminated with their droppings so is not very user friendly.

Nice area but that's it
Nice surroundings however property requires some works. All the mattresses there really old and needs changing. We actually left after 2 days instead of staying the whole stay as we could not sleep well. No frying pan, just one toilet roll for 3 night stay, no dishwasher tablets. Would not recommend.
