"If you're looking for a place just to sleep and be one with nature this is it! Kinda like glamping. There was mice poop everywhere, it's that time of year, didn't scare us. But their was no forks, towels, napkins, they only provided 1 trash bag we went through in a hurry and had to use grocery bags for garbage. Ran to gas station for forks and paper towels. The oven dorsnt wirk, so took 4 hours tobake a 20min bitter braid. Other than thst a good place to rough it and relax"

"Ideal spot for a family gathering of three couples -- plenty of space; plenty of those small food items you put in refrigerator door (but don't want to buy for just a two night stay). Chris is a very responsive host. And if you come with two EV's, there are two external outlets (both 110v) for slow charging. A bonus. Nearest charger is in the Food Coop parking lot in Viroqua - no charge. "

"Wow - i could not be more impressed with our stay this past weekend. Absolutely breathtaking setting, wonderfully secluded cabin, and the rental itself was the perfect blend of rustic and well-appointed. Being able to smoke foods out on the porch and enjoy the Jacuzzi in front of a picture window was spectacular. Can't wait to return!"

"Our grandsons loved the multiple tvs; however some of the electric chairs did not work. Additionally the stove was inoperative which through texting with the host, required an ignitor part and did not arrive during our stay which was definitely an in inconvenience and a reimbursement was not offered. "Our family and friends rented the house for the purpose of going to cranberry fest. It was a forty five minute drive one way but a beautiful drive. We could n’t of asked for more beautiful weather. We also celebrated my nephews 40th birthday and my brother and sister in law’s wedding anniversary that weekend. Sleeping was great .The beds were very comfortable. No one complained about anything except that there was no dishwasher., but we all took turns . Will definitely return. Thank you Paula ....
