"A very nice place. Very clean and comfortable. Only thing is that the coffee pot is difficult to use. Maybe get a new coffee pot or write directions that it takes a while before you can hit brew. Thank you!"

I liked that the hotel was close to the freeway but off the beaten path so you weren't right downtown & it was quiet.

We will NOT be back. For the amount of money we spent on a room, and to have staff bark at you is totally unacceptavle.

Northwood is a great little town about 7 miles east of the hotel. The hotel is not in Northwood. It is adjacent to the Diamond Jo casino on I-35. If you have time, drive into town! there are retaurants, a micro brewery, parks and museums!
