She was truly inspiring the way she radiated a smiley sunshine, upbeat warmth. My young daughters and I had a trying night and she was the perfect reset for a brand new day. Attentive and caring- silly and funny. . she felt like the family you wish you had sometimes. Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and updated. Check in was a breeze. Pool was great. Lemon scented soaps were special too! "

"My first time staying my belongings did come up missing after check out, but other than that the property and customer service was excellent out of all the hotels in that area courtyard was the best stay that I had to check in again for this past weekend I feel safe, kids are not running down the hotel like the Hilton only flaw is that the pool been out of commission for a few weeks now. The outside of building is well kept I definitely come back for future stays. "

"I like the amenities of this property like the steam room, sauna, pool. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was down temporarily but because it had been serviced waiting for inspection. The common area was very open and indoors with an outdoor feeling. You can access it through a patio door. You don’t get these amenities at many hotels anymore. The hotel smelt fresh and not like cigarettes compared to the other hotels. I don’t know why people are leaving bad reviews. My stay here was pleasant. "
