This cozy 1600 sqft contemporary Adirondack home in Northville is on 3.7 private acres and includes access to 10 feet of lake frontage on the Great Sacandaga Lake, just a quiet short walk away. The house is private with a wraparound porch, perfect for your morning coffee.

Take a short 5 minute drive to the northville village for a bite to eat. While you're there, visit the oldest five and dime in America, gift/souvenirs shops, or local grocery store.

This home consists of 3 bedrooms, a loft, 2 full bathrooms, and an open concept living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prep your family breakfast, lunch or dinner (including coffee pot, microwave, pots /pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils etc). There is a kitchen island with high-top seating for 4 and additional seating for six at the dining table. The living area features cathedral ceilings and sliding door access to the wraparound porch. Play a game of chess or choose from our array of fun family games left for you to enjoy. Watch a flick on the large Flat screen TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many other streamed networks. There is a Flat screen TV in the living area, loft area, and the downstairs bedroom. A 9ft brunswick pool table, ping pong table, and foosball table are available for your use in the unfinished basement as well. House has heat and central air conditioning , WiFi, and washer and dryer (located in basement).

Accomodations:
House comfortably sleeps 10 however there is an additional full size mattress in a closet that may be used for one or two additional people.

-Lower level bedroom with King bed has access to the wraparound porch via sliding door
-Queen bedroom #1 is upstairs (sleeps 2)
-Queen bedroom #2 is upstairs (sleeps 2)
-Open loft area includes two twin beds (sleeps 4)
- additional full size mattress available in upstairs bedroom closet
- additional toddler bed available
-Bathroom #1 is located downstairs across from King bedroom
-Bathroom #2 is located upstairs

Gas grill
Washer and Dryer located in unfinished basement as well as a Pool Table, foosball table, and paddle ball table.
