Fox Hill is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home that sits atop a hill with sweeping sunset views of Lake Michigan and the surrounding peaceful forest area.

One bedroom has a king bed, with its own door to the porch and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms on the first floor have one queen bed and one full bed. Climb the stairs to the loft, where there is another queen bed. The open living/dining area has a large couch for socializing or watching TV with the whole family.

It is only 9 minutes from Downtown Leland, a 6-minute drive to North Lake Leelanau boat launch and park, and a 7-minute drive to downtown Northport.

Girls trip
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent location and beautiful views! This home was perfect for 8 of us.

Great location
Great accommodations on the Leelanau peninsula. The house sits on a bluff Looking over a variety of trees and lake Michigan. Large deck with comfy chairs and tables. Plenty of room for a party of eight or ten. Definitely will make it a return visit for future stays in the upper part of Michigan. Minutes away from TC or Sutton Bay.

Girls Weekend
This was 5th year visiting for girls weekend and winery touring. I liked this home the best. The only thing wrong was the couch recliner did not work, which is needed after visiting wineries lol.

Better Than Expected!
The house was perfect for us and even better than expected! There were hidden gems that were not advertised, such as giant Chess in the garage and the Nespresso machine. We loved that each kid had their own space with a separate room from where the master was. Extremely well stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, plates and cups etc. The location is very close to exploring North point, Traverse City, Sleeping Bear Dunes and Glen Arbor. The pictures do not to the view justice, it was amazing to sit, eat a meal and look at the view or have coffee on the deck. This was exactly what we needed, we enjoyed the space immensely.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were so impressed with the view. It was breath taking. The house definitely had its quirks. When we arrived we couldn’t get in the main screen door as it had a hook and eye latch that was locked from the inside. The shared bathroom door wouldn’t close due to a stress crack down the top. We had babies and were unable to lay them on the rug in the living room as it smelled like dog pee. The hanging lights in the dining room were so dim due to bugs and dust in them. The glasses in the cupboard had to be rewashed because they were so dirty you couldn’t drink out of them. It all boiled down to housekeeping. I have stayed with this rental company before and they are very professional and easy to do business with.
