The windows do not open - it is a historic home and has the original windows, but the air conditioning and heat worked great and we were always comfortable. Plus, my better half and our pup could join me. The home was lovely, clean, and just as described. The communications were great and the response time when there was an issue was blazing fast. "House is as advertised. We enjoyed very much. Two things to help, 1. Clearer instructions on where to park. (We parked in the wrong spot but fixed it quickly. 2. There is an A and a B house at the address. Make sure you go into A as it’s awkward walking into someone else’s house. Overall great experience! Thank you"

The house was filled with fun games that kept our 13-year-old entertained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our dogs loved the perfect yard, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
