Other things to note
The homeowner lives in the lower level of this home and has pets. While the pets do not spend time in the upstairs unit, and we have multiple air purifiers in the unit, this home may not be suitable for guests with severe pet allergies.
Due to the lower level of this unit being occupied year-round, there may be times when you can hear others or sounds. While your host does their best to be respectful of guests, there is no getting around the occasional dropping of an item or turning the music/tv having not turned it down after using it last, or dog bark. Do not hesitate to reach out if the sounds coming from the downstairs unit are bothersome, and we will take immediate action. We ask that you and your guests are also cautious of this during your stay and are respectful if you are asked to decrease your volume at any point.
