"NB At the moment, there are road works in front of the hotel, so access is by foot only. Complimentary parking at the rear of the hotel was available. The lady in Reception who checked us in was very friendly and efficient. Our room had recently been renovated, as had the sauna, the bed was very comfortable, though the room’s furniture, mottled grey leather sofas, were unexpected and quite un-Scandic. At the time of our stay there was no heating (nor aircon) in our room. As it was a colder...

"Old beat up facility. Beds are terrible, heard water running trough the radiators all night long. Bathroom smelled of urine/feces although it was clean. No ventilation in bathroom. Chose because it was close to daughter, would not stay here again."

"The room was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The toilet had waste in it that was not flushed; there was hair on the shower floor and in the floor of the room; the rug was not vacuumed, as there were nail clippings on it; and the room was dusty, which could be seen on the tables and cups. "
