"Stayed for 3 nights in a family room. Clean, comfortable and conveniently located accommodation base to explore the Ballina region. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large, modern and clean. The caravan out the front serving barrista coffee and bacon and egg rolls was a welcome bonus - definitely recommend!"

"We were in room 3 on the ground floor. Spacious. We loved the room. BUT the AC did not work and they never got it fixed. They admitted that it had not been working and they knew that when we checked in. We were not happy. It was very hot On the last day she brought us a fan. Might have been nice to have supplied a fan when we checked in and maybe given us a discount. We would not have booked here if we had known there was no AC!"
