"Gorgeous place, big room, good bed, nice breakfast. Very disappointing shuttle service from the airport. Upon arriving at CCS I called the hotel for the shuttle, and was told that it wasn't included with my room. They said I needed to pay $25 USD. I was forced to take a taxi, but it was next-to-impossible to find cash. It cost 60,000 Bolivares and should normally only cost 5,000. (It's only about 7 minutes!) When I finally got to the hotel I showed them the reservation where it specifically says...

"This was THE BEST EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES!!! if you really want to feel like a million dollars and be treated like a King, PLEASE PLEASE and if you make it to Caracas, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THIS HOTEL... The staff I can say hands down is the best I have ever seen in my life, even in movies... the Outstanding treatment we got from the moment we arrived was again out of this world, the facilities are nothing but incredible, the attention to detail has no words..
