"Totally cute, nice location near the freeway in the country. We drove up to Mt Lassen. Beautiful drive. I grew up in Cali and I’m in my 50s. But I have never been to this area. I am so jealous they do not have these Mountain views where I live. We also had dinner at View 202. Fine dining with a fabulous view of the river and mountains. Loved our little vaca. "Extremely private, clean, and well maintained space. Great shower! Awesome off street parking! Within 10-15 min from anything you’d want - gym, restaurants, etc. The host had great communication and was very accommodating. This will be my first option when I’m visiting Chico. "

"My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again."

"My husband and I spent the weekend in this adorable little house and it was perfect. We received very clear instructions and had no issue finding the place or getting checked in. It seemed like a nice, quiet neighborhood and we found all kinds of restaurants and coffee spots in the area. The pillows are a bit flat but we had our own so it wasn’t an issue for us, and the bed was comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again if we come back to the area! "

"We were visiting Chico for an event and this lovely place happened to be right down the street. If the weather had been better, we'd been able to take advantage of the park, right across the street! The unit was private, very nicely appointed, and had a comfortable king-sized bed. Perfect for our visit."

"We were just in town for a show downtown but this loft was a perfect distance from that for us to have a peaceful rest. The beds were comfortable and check-in was easy. Even the parking situation was idea for my large truck. "
